Greetings from BICA ’10!

I’m spending this weekend at the 1st International Conference on Biologically Inspired Cognitive Architectures (basically, what can we learn from nature when creating artificial thinkers and doers?).  The conference follows two annual symposiums, BICA ’09 and BICA ’08, that were sponsored by the American Association of Artificial Intelligence (AIAA Fall Symposium series).

I presented twice – once at the preceding Workshop “Technical Goals for the BICA Community” (Powerpoint) and once at the conference itself on “A Game-Theoretically Optimal Basis for Safe and Ethical Intelligence” (Powerpoint).  The presentations are also permanently available from the My Papers tab.
